Founder and Principal
Lisa Johnson founded HEALTHe Insights after more than two decades working across complex healthcare environments. Her experience spans strategy, operations, health information technology, analytics, implementation, organizational change, and large-scale transformation.
Today, Lisa works primarily with public-sector health and human services leaders navigating complex initiatives that require more than recommendations. Her role often sits at the intersection of executive strategy and implementation, helping clients clarify decisions, align stakeholders, solve operational problems, and move important work forward.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University.
